When will my order be shipped?

Garrett Direct orders are generally processed and shipped within two normal business days.

How do I know if my product has been shipped?

Shortly after your order has been shipped by Garrett Direct, an email with FedEx tracking information
will be sent to your registered email.

How many days does it take for delivery of my product?

The default shipping method in the United States is FedEx ground delivery. Packages generally deliver
within several business days from shipping date, although delivery times can vary in certain regions and
due to carrier volume.

What is the Garrett Direct return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.  Returned merchandise should be in the same condition
received: unused, undamaged, saleable, with original packaging.  Garrett reserves the right, at its sole
discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
 
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service department using this form or call us at 972-494-6151. Please provide as much information as possible, including your order number.

Return shipping: If your return is due to receiving damaged or defective merchandise or a mistake we
made on your order we will gladly waive the fee for the use of any prepaid return label or reimburse you
for return shipping expenses for standard ground shipping through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
 
Refunds will be credited to the same card/account used for the purchase.  The refund amount will
include the value of the product only – shipping will not be refunded.  Your refund will be processed
once we receive the product and confirm it is in saleable condition.  Refunds typically take 5-7 days to
fully process once Garrett initiates the refund.

Security items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
