A PROSPECTOR’S VERDICT
“For new users, the 24K is a detector they will easily grow into, not out of. For those of us who are more experienced, it is a tool in our toolbox, and a darn good one at that.”
The Goldmaster 24K combines high-frequency sensitivity with the ground control serious nugget hunters demand. Run it confidently out of the box, then unlock deeper control as your experience grows.
01
NEW TO GOLD?
Automatic XGB ground tracking and an intuitive control layout help you get balanced, get searching, and start learning what the ground is telling you.
02
EXPERIENCED PROSPECTOR?
TracLock, Ground-Sync, adjustable SAT, Ground Scan, sensitivity control and multiple audio options let you tune the 24K to the conditions in front of you.
At 48 kHz, the Goldmaster 24K is engineered for sensitivity to small gold nuggets – the faint targets that can make the difference between walking past gold and bringing it home.
Gold country changes fast. The 24K gives you the tools to keep up.
Xtreme Ground Balance continuously tracks changing mineralization, helping maintain stability as conditions shift. Prefer hands-on control? Use Ground-Sync and TracLock to take over.
AUTOMATIC WHEN YOU WANT IT. MANUAL WHEN YOU NEED IT.Adjustable SAT controls how quickly the threshold recovers as mineralization changes, helping you hear target responses in ground that can challenge a VLF detector.
LESS TIME CHASING THE GROUND. MORE TIME LISTENING FOR GOLD.Ground Scan displays relative ground strength so you can recognize changes in mineralization and better understand the terrain you are prospecting.
DON’T JUST SEARCH THE GROUND. LEARN IT.Use classic VCO audio for nuanced target response or switch to two-tone Beep mode when you want a different audio picture of what’s under the coil.
THE TARGET SPEAKS. THE 24K GIVES YOU OPTIONS FOR HEARING IT.Adjustable Iron Cancel gives you an additional tool for evaluating unwanted ferrous targets in trashy prospecting areas.
MORE INFORMATION. BETTER DECISIONS.This package gives you both the 6" × 10" DD searchcoil and the 6" concentric searchcoil. Use the DD coil when mineralization becomes the limiting factor, then switch to the concentric coil when you want excellent sensitivity and depth in workable ground.
Elliptical DD coverage built to stay capable as ground conditions get tougher.
A compact second coil for excellent sensitivity and depth in workable ground.

WATCH ON VIMEO ↗Start with XGB tracking or Ground-Sync to match the detector to the ground.
Establish a steady audio reference so subtle changes have somewhere to stand out.
Use the highest stable sensitivity the current ground conditions will support.
Use SAT, Ground Scan and audio response as conditions change beneath the coil.
Field approach adapted from Kevin Hoagland’s July/August 2026 Gold Prospectors review.
High-frequency gold performance in a lightweight platform designed for long days in the field.
Whether this is your first dedicated gold detector or another specialized tool in an experienced prospecting kit, the Goldmaster 24K gives you room to keep learning.
