WINNER #1
My favorite find this month is the ancient Celtic cross.

What I find fascinating is that it appears to be hand-made because of the variations in the details and symmetry. It is two inches long and one inch wide and is made of either gold or brass. Because of the smooth rounded look and color I think it is gold.

The Celtic cross was found off a Florida beach by the son of Roger M. from St. Augustine, Florida with his Ace 250 at six inches. A St. Augustine archaeologist and historian thinks it is of Celtic origin and could date anywhere between 1500BC and 700AD.

Congrats to Roger M's son for finding this outstanding one of a kind jewel.
