Kurtis was detecting in the trees at the edge of his property with his AT Pro when he found two WWI medals and a South African Boer War medial from 1901-1902. He got in contact with the soldier’s great grandson learning that he fought in both wars and retired in Kurtis’ hometown in Canada!

After ground-balancing her machine and taking her first swing, she got a consistent signal reading at 60. She dug up the target and couldn't believe her eyes! It was a Celtic stater, circa 65 BC!

He went detecting with friends in an area that combined a colonial road and US military practices. He shares, "I found many colonial signs, however, the highlight of the day was a very good signal from my Garrett AT Pro. I found an insignia of the 33rd US military regiment, which was on our soil from 1916 until 1920. They explored and mapped our jungles. It was the first regiment that was on Panama soil since the beginning of the construction of the Panama Canal."
